The "Daidain DDK05" is a Pb-free bearing that requires no lubrication at all, making it a "completely oil-free" bearing that is environmentally friendly and does not use any lead. It is a composite bearing with low friction characteristics due to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and special fillers, while also possessing the strength and dimensional stability of metal materials. The bearing surface has an extremely low static friction coefficient as well as a low dynamic friction coefficient, allowing it to slide smoothly without lubrication. The so-called "stick-slip" phenomenon does not occur.
